Sieve Mesh Screen Tubing can be applied to hanging filter sand control and moderate filling sand control outside and inside the tubing, with multi-layer composite filter layer, high reliability of sand control, outstanding performance advantages in all aspects, good sand control effect and long service life.

The sand-filtering part of the wire-wrapped screen pipe is the screen cylinder. The screen bars are welded to the ribs around the circumference by resistance welding in a point contact manner, and then welded together with the end joint at both ends to form the screen cylinder.

Cut seam screen pipe is used for sand control in sand control well section or affordable sand control together with gravel filling. It has the advantages of high axial tensile and tensile strength, convenient transportation and operation, not easy to break down, high success rate and low comprehensive cost, etc. The current use of slit screen pipe can be divided into longitudinal and transverse slit screen pipe. Currently used slit screen tube can be divided into longitudinal, transverse slit screen tube, slit profile shape can be divided into parallel slit and trapezoidal slit. The slit screen tubing is more widely used in medium and coarse sandstone reservoirs and horizontal wells.

High strength and low deformation. Through ground experiments, the FRP pipe with a wall thickness of 6.5mm can withstand an internal pressure of 25MPa without deformation. Its circumferential elastic modulus is 23.9GPa and the axial elastic modulus is 13.7GPa, meeting the strength requirements for down hole Sand Control screens.

Punch-wound screen tubes are composite screen tubes with a wire-wound screen sleeve and a punched screen sleeve mounted sequentially on the outside of the base tube.

The self-cleaning and anti-clogging screen tube, which consists of the base tube, the inner wire-wound support layer, the double-stage variable-porosity sand-blocking medium and the outer protective cover from the inside to the outside, is a product that combines the self-cleaning and anti-clogging performance with high precision.

Regulating flow and controlling water sieve pipe is a specially designed flow control device, which realizes automatic identification and flow control of oil and water according to the viscosity, density and other physical property differences of oil and water.
